The lasted patch is title World Of Warcraft Updated v1.11 Nude Mod. Basically you download the file, unzip it and stick the "patch-X.MPQ" file in your World of Warcraft data folder and start up the game. Simple as that. With this nude patch installed all female characters are totally naked when their clothes and armor are removed and the Succupus is totally nude at all times.

Another option to get your characters naked besides using the nude mod patch is to edit your "textures.MPQ" file inside the WOW/DATA directory and create your own nude characters.
